Rocky Hill Electric is a premium residential electrician serving Marin and Sonoma County, California — a market known for high-end homes, discerning clients, and strong demand for quality work.

When they came to IMA in early 2025, they had the skills and reputation to grow — but almost no digital infrastructure to support it. No active Google Ads presence. Limited local search visibility. No systematic way to generate predictable new business.

The goal: build a full digital marketing system from the ground up and help Rocky Hill Electric capture their share of one of California’s most affluent residential markets.

Local SEO. We built an aggressive Local SEO strategy targeting the cities where premium residential work is concentrated: San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Sausalito, Fairfax, San Anselmo, Corte Madera, and Petaluma. Google Business Profile optimization became the anchor — with city-specific landing pages, service area targeting, and a review generation system turning GBP into a reliable lead source.

Website Performance. We aligned Rocky Hill Electric’s website messaging with the premium positioning the Marin County market demands — making it clear that they are the electrician of choice for discerning homeowners in the area.

Retention. We implemented systems to capture referrals and repeat business from a growing base of satisfied clients — turning excellent craft into an ongoing referral engine.
